Introducing Maija, our new enforcement in spare part sales
Maija Pirinen (she/her) has been taking her first steps in spare parts sales during this year and finally she will completely step into the world of LogStacker spare parts from 1.9.2025.
Maija has been working as a logistics operator in Toijala Works Oy warehouse since August 2022 with production part and spare part inner logistics, but also taking care of outer logistics. From the summer of 2024 she has mainly been in charge of deliveries of LogStacker spare parts, but also handling logistics operations of Tana Oy.
Maija can be reached through normal spare parts mail address tw.parts@toijalaworks.fi , but also straight from her own e-mail address maija.pirinen@toijalaworks.fi . She will be handling customers orders and requests for quotations in LogStacker spare parts sales and all questions for product support will be forwarded to proper personnel, as usually earlier.
Petri will as well still continue in LogStacker spare parts sales with Maija on his side (our dynamic duo in operation !!).

Common conditions for the shipment deliveries
Dear customers,
Many of you have asked us for “express deliveries”, “as fast as possible” or “for tomorrow morning”. Usually we can provide the shipments to be shipped even during the same day, but sometimes it can be impossible. Please notice our location, where we are fully depending on the scheduled deliveries of TNT or Schenker, and we can’t anyway affect to their schedules. We can also provide the tracking for the shipments, but as you can understand, it will show only the current update for the delivery, not the real time tracking. Especially with Schenker, the tracking will be updated first time in Finnis terminal hubs, then on the closest Finnish harbour, then in the mid-European harbour and only then the tracking will be updated more often in the local terminal hubs.

UPDATE 23.6.2025 => Information about the service in summertime 1.5.-30.8.2025
Our spare parts sales, logistics services and product support will have the summer holidays and personal day-offs mainly between 1.5.-30.8.2025. 🌞
It may affect to our service with limited service in sales, product support and logistics.
We hope, that you as our valued customers will understand the situation and have a bit more patience with longer service time and possible delays in answering your questions.
Our production is on vacation 7.7.-4.8.2025 !!
NEW PRODUCTION FACILITIES LAUNCHED !!
During the beginning of year 2024 our production will gradually move to our new facilities. This means a way better productivity, modern equipment and larger space for even better products.
However, the moving process will take some time, but we hope, that it will proceed as planned and it won’t affect too much to our reliability in manufacturing and spare parts deliveries.
The address will still remain the same as earlier, but the visiting address will be Airolantie 4, Akaa/Toijala. The visitors are asked to use the new route to the factory, because the yard area is reserved for internal traffic only.
