Common conditions for the shipment deliveries

Dear customers,

Many of you have asked us for “express deliveries”, “as fast as possible” or “for tomorrow morning”. Usually we can provide the shipments to be shipped even during the same day, but sometimes it can be impossible. Please notice our location, where we are fully depending on the scheduled deliveries of TNT or Schenker, and we can’t anyway affect to their schedules. We can also provide the tracking for the shipments, but as you can understand, it will show only the current update for the delivery, not the real time tracking. Especially with Schenker, the tracking will be updated first time in Finnis terminal hubs, then on the closest Finnish harbour, then in the mid-European harbour and only then the tracking will be updated more often in the local terminal hubs.

NEW PRODUCTION FACILITIES LAUNCHED !!

During the beginning of year 2024 our production will gradually move to our new facilities. This means a way better productivity, modern equipment and larger space for even better products.

However, the moving process will take some time, but we hope, that it will proceed as planned and it won’t affect too much to our reliability in manufacturing and spare parts deliveries.

The address will still remain the same as earlier, but the visiting address will be Airolantie 4, Akaa/Toijala. The visitors are asked to use the new route to the factory, because the yard area is reserved for internal traffic only.
